ECDC Portugal organizes events, training courses, and sports canyoning activities. Our services include organizing international meetings, certified training courses, and canyon descent activities in central Portugal.

Payments are processed through the IfthenPay system, a secure online payment platform in Portugal.
Available Payment Methods
Multibanco: Payment through Multibanco reference at any ATM or homebanking. The reference is valid for 3 days after registration.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to geral@ecdcportugal.com. Refund policies vary depending on the type of service and cancellation deadline.
Note: Each event or training course may have specific cancellation policies that will be communicated at the time of registration.
Under Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies to services not yet started.
In case of dispute, consumers can resort to the CNIACC Arbitration Center (National Center for Consumer Conflict Information and Arbitration).
